Using our Website

Our website has been designed with you, our customer, in mind to ensure that you find it easy not only to buy online but to find the products you want and the right information to support you in making your shopping choices.

There are a number of ways to find products.

  • Browse by category - these are located just under the title banner on each page.  For example, click on "Cookware" to take you to all cookware items.  if you "hover" over the category the sub categories will appear automatically to help you find what you are looking for more quickly and easily.
  • Search for a specific product - using the product search box on the right hand side of a page.  Just type in the product you are looking for in the search box, trying to be as specific as possible.  If you type in "tin" the system will show lots of items.  If you are actually looking for a muffin tin then type in "muffin tin" and you will be shown products that are suited to your request.
  • Just have a look about - ideal if you are searching for gift ideas

How to place an order

Once you have found the product you want, select the quantity you require and then click "add to basket".  This will add the item(s) to your basket and you can then choose to "continue shopping" or to proceed to "check out".

Your shopping basket is shown on the right hand side of the page and shows how many items you have in the basket and the total cost.  To review your basket at any time just click on "view basket".  If you change your mind don't worry as you can remove an item or increase/decrease the quantity of any item in the basket.

Once you have everything you need in the basket then just click "check out" to pay for the items.

The online checkout is just like going to the till in a shop.  When shopping online you will need to register if you are a new customer or login if you are an existing customer.  

Once you do this you will be transferred to our secure payment section where we will take delivery and credit/debit card details. 

  • If you are new to our website and wish to register, simply type in your email address and choose a password - it's that easy
  • If you have previously placed an order on cookitbakeit.co.uk, you need your email address and password to log on
